How an NFC visiting card works
Tap
Hold the card against the back of an unlocked phone that has NFC. The phone shows your link, and one tap opens your digital card. No app, and no battery in the card.
Or scan
A phone without NFC, or with NFC switched off, scans the QR code on the back with its camera. It opens the same card.
Edit, never reprint
The chip holds only the link to your digital card. Change your number, address or photos online and the same card opens the new version.

Check what will be printed
The order page shows the card with your own name, job title, company, logo and QR code. Edit the text there if it should read differently. The form's “Phone to print” field is filled in from your card: leave the number there and it is printed, clear the field and it is not. The preview shows the number on the front of the card while the field has one.
Add your address and pay
We deliver to any address in India with a 6-digit PIN code. You pay in rupees, by UPI, card or net banking, before we print.
We print, test and ship
We email you the exact text and link before printing: reply at once if anything is wrong, because a printed card can't be changed. We test every chip and QR code, and email the tracking details when it ships.

You pay for the card or standee once. What it opens is your DigitalCarda digital card, which is free for the first 30 days and then needs a plan to stay live. If the plan ends, the link shows a “temporarily paused” notice until you renew, and the same NFC card works again as soon as you do. Offer codes on the site are for plans: they do not change the price of an NFC card or standee.

It is printed on one side with your logo, your business name, a QR code and the words “Tap or scan to connect”. It also carries the lines “TAP · SCAN”, “Save contact · Review · Pay” and “Powered by DigitalCarda.in”. Those lines are the same on every standee. What customers can actually do after the tap depends on what you put on your digital card, for example a Google review button or your payment QR.
Put it where people wait or pay: the billing counter, the reception desk or a table, facing them and within reach of a phone. Keep it off metal surfaces and a little away from the card machine.

Before you order
Ships within India only
We print and ship to Indian addresses only, and bill in rupees. We can't ship physical products abroad yet. Your digital card, link and QR code work in every country.
A printed card can't be changed
After you pay we email you the exact text and link we will print. Tell us about a mistake straight away, before we print.
Choose your card link first
The chip and the QR code keep the link your card has on the day you order. Editing what is on the card never needs a reprint, but if the link's address changes, the old address stops opening your card. If that happens, message us and we will help you update it.
Replacement and cancellation
If your card or standee arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, we replace it within 7 working days. Misprinted means printed differently from the final details (the ones we emailed you to check, with any correction you sent us before we printed). You can cancel an order before it is printed, and we refund what you paid within 24 working hours. For either, email or WhatsApp us with your order number, and a photo of any damage or misprint. If your parcel is late, tell us the same way and we will look into it. The terms are in our refund policy.

What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card is a printed card with a small chip and antenna inside. Tap it on a phone that has NFC and the phone opens the link to your digital visiting card. Nobody needs an app, and the chip has no battery: the phone powers it for a moment. It is also called an NFC visiting card or a smart visiting card. Read how NFC cards work.

Does an NFC business card work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The iPhone XS, iPhone XR and later models read the card without opening an app. So do most mid-range and flagship Android phones sold in the last few years, as long as NFC is switched on in settings. The screen has to be on, and Android phones usually need to be unlocked. Many budget phones have no NFC: they scan the QR code on the back with the camera, which opens the same digital card.
What is printed on the NFC card?
The order page's preview shows the front with your logo, name, job title and company, and the back with a QR code of your card link, the words “Tap or scan to save my contact”, the link in text and a small “Powered by DigitalCarda.in” line. Your phone number is your choice: the order form's “Phone to print” field is filled in from your card, and the number is printed if you leave it there and left off if you clear the field. The preview shows the number on the front while the field has one, and takes it away when you clear the field. You see the preview with your own details before you pay, and can edit the text there. The card has a gloss finish unless you ask for matt when you order. For a design of your own, ask us before ordering.
How long does delivery take, and where do you deliver?
Delivery takes 3–7 working days after your payment is confirmed, and it is free. We ship to any address in India with a valid 6-digit PIN code; remote areas can take a little longer. We can't ship outside India yet. Tracking details reach you by email when the order ships. Read the shipping policy.
Do I need a paid plan to order an NFC card?
No. You need a free DigitalCarda account, because the card is printed with your own card link. A new account gets that link and a 30-day free trial with no payment details. After the trial your digital card needs a plan to stay live, from ₹99 a month; without one, the link shows a “temporarily paused” notice until you renew.
How do I pay for an NFC card?
You pay in rupees. The order page takes UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay; if online payment is unavailable when you order, your order is saved and we email you how to pay. The total is the price times the number of cards, and we print once your payment is confirmed. The price includes GST, and you get a GST invoice for your order.
Can I order NFC cards for my team?
You can order 1 to 100 cards at a time, but every card in an order is printed with the same details and opens the same card link. For a team where each person needs their own name and card, ask us before ordering.
What if my NFC card arrives damaged or does not work?
If your card or standee arrives damaged, faulty (for example, the chip or QR code does not open your card link) or misprinted, we replace it within 7 working days. Misprinted means printed differently from the final details (the ones we emailed you to check, with any correction you sent us before we printed). Can I cancel my NFC card order?
Yes, if it has not been printed yet. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as you can, and we cancel the order and refund what you paid within 24 working hours. Is an NFC business card worth it?
It suits people who meet customers face to face: sales, real estate, consultants, founders at events. A standee suits a counter where customers wait, such as a shop, salon, clinic or restaurant.
